Playmaker LCD warrants that your product will be free from defects for one year from the date of purchase. If your product was purchased directly from playmakerlcd.com there is no need to register, as we will have the information on file.
If you purchased your Playmaker LCD from a retail store or received it as a gift you can register for your warranty here.
For warranty service on your Playmaker LCD product, please email support@playmakerlcd.com and include the location and date of purchase, and outline any issues you may be having.
For items that were purchased on our website, please email support@playmakerlcd.com to obtain a return authorization.
Return Policies for items purchased on the website are as follows;
1.) For items within the warranty period, the item will be replaced free of charge once it has been received back at our warehouse.
2.) For unopened items the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and a full credit of the purchase price will be made to the customer's account.
