We offer free shipping on orders over $65USD / $75CAD (or your local currency equivalent) to more than 175 countries worldwide. To determine if your country is eligible please proceed to place an order on our website, and you will be provided with the available shipping options at checkout.
For orders under the free shipping threshold, we ship to these same countries for a cost of $9.99.
Orders placed on our website will usually ship within 1-2 days, except during certain extremely busy times of year. (i.e. Christmas, product launches etc.)
Transit time will vary based on location and shipping method selected.
We offer significantly discounted express shipping options to select locations. Once you have entered your shipping address you will be presented with the available shipping options to your location. Please note that all shipping estimates are quoted in business days from the date that the package is shipped.

Products
We offer a variety of sizes and sports for Playmaker LCD. We currently have 13 different sports available in our smaller version, and 14 different sport/ field options in our larger 20" size. If you do not see the sport you are looking for we would suggest signing up for our newsletter to be notified as new sports become available.
We currently offer both 16" and 20" models. The 16" Playmaker LCD is slightly larger than a standard clipboard, and will be suitable for instruction to a small group (2-3) of players. The larger 20" Playmaker LCD is more suitable for team instruction. You can view dimensions and compare between the two sizes on our size estimator page here
Playmaker LCD is the original LCD coaching board, and we have recently launched our new 3.0 version. The newest Playmaker LCD coaching boards are always white in color, are rechargeable via USB, and will also feature a Multi-Delete option on our larger boards. Older versions of Playmaker LCD were either black or white in color, and were powered by coin cell batteries. You can ensure you are buying an authentic Playmaker LCD by purchasing directly from playmakerlcd.com.
Playmaker LCD uses a touch sensitive display, so please handle with care. It is likely that it will survive most minor drops and falls, but better to not test that out just in case.
Please also ensure it is not placed in an area where pucks or balls are being shot, as an object directly contacting the screen is likely to do permanent damage. While it is fine to expose Playmaker LCD to mild moisture, it should not be submerged in water or used in conditions such as extremely heavy rain.
Playmaker LCD is fine to use in a hockey arena. The average air temperature in a hockey arena will usually hover between 40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, well within the safe operating range of Playmaker LCD. The device should not be laid directly on the ice surface, or used/ stored for an extended periods of time in an outdoor environment where the temperatures are below freezing.
Playmaker LCD is fine to be used in light rain, but it should not be submerged or used in extremely heavy rain.
When we develop a new sport for Playmaker LCD, we run focus groups and get feedback from coaches at all levels. Part of this process is ensuring that the board and the technology will work well for each sport. If it was based on popularity we would have had baseball years ago, but the nature of the current technology erases the whole board. While this is not ideal in many sports, it becomes especially problematic in baseball where you may want to change one batter in a batting lineup, or only one position on a baseball field.
To keep your Playmaker LCD looking its best, simply wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth. Be sure that the cloth is only damp and avoid soaking it, as excess moisture can affect the device. Gently clean the screen and surface, and it will stay in great condition for continued use.
Purchases
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once the order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm it has been processed, along with a link to track your order.

Playmaker LCD warrants that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date from which the product is purchased. This does not include damage due to accidental breakage.
For warranty service on your Playmaker LCD product, please email support@playmakerlcd.com and be sure to include the location and date of purchase, and outline any issues you may be having. We do not offer an extended warranty program at this time.
Some countries will impose additional duties and taxes when items are imported into a country. As we ship to over 200 countries worldwide and this varies significantly by country, we are not able to provide any detail on any potential importation charges at the time of the purchase. The purchaser is the importer of record and ultimately is responsible for investigating and paying any such charges that may be applicable in their home country.
Playmaker LCD is the original LCD Coaching Board since 2018. Our success has spawned a number of cheaper, copycat products being sold under a variety of brand names mostly on Amazon. In order to maintain the differentiation between Playmaker LCD and these products we do not currently sell on Amazon. Playmaker LCD can only be purchased at authorized resellers around the world, or by visiting our website directly at playmakerlcd.com.
If your product was purchased directly from playmakerlcd.com there is no need to register, as we will have the information on file.
