We offer free shipping on orders over $65USD / $75CAD (or your local currency equivalent) to more than 200 countries worldwide. To determine if your country is eligible please proceed to place an order on our website, and you will be provided with the available shipping options at checkout.
For orders under the free shipping threshold, we ship to these same countries for a cost of $9.99.
Orders placed on our website will usually be processed same day if placed before noon, or next day if placed after noon (EST).
Transit time will vary based on location and shipping method selected.
We offer significantly discounted express shipping options to select locations. Once you have entered your shipping address you will be presented with the available shipping options to your location. Please note that all express shipping estimates are quoted in business days from the date that the package is shipped.

The regular 20 inch version of Playmaker LCD uses 2 x CR2032 button cell batteries, while the 14 inch version uses 1 x CR2025 button cell battery. The new 20" Multi-Surface Edition has a rechargeable battery that can be recharged using the included USB-C charging cable
Playmaker LCD does not use power when drawing on the board, as there is only a very brief power drain on the batteries when the delete key is pressed. As such, you can expect to get approximately 1 year of use before having to replace the batteries in Playmaker LCD.
The original Playmaker LCD was black in colour, while all of the newer versions are white in colour. We only sell the new and improved version on our website, but if you are buying from a website other than playmakerlcd.com the colour of the device will help you in determine which version you are purchasing.
When you press the delete key to clear the screen, Playmaker LCD will process an erase function for the entire screen that will usually take approximately 1-2 seconds to complete. If you try to draw on the board while the erase function is still being processed it will not appear. Please wait 1-2 seconds after pressing the delete key before continuing to write on the board.
Playmaker LCD uses a Liquid Crystal Display, so please handle with care. It is likely that it will survive most minor drops and falls, but better to not test that out just in case.
Please also ensure it is not placed in an area where pucks or balls are being shot, as an object directly contacting the LCD screen is likely to do permanent damage. While it is fine to expose Playmaker LCD to mild moisture, it should not be submerged in water or used in conditions such as extremely heavy rain.
Playmaker LCD is fine to use in a hockey arena. The average air temperature in a hockey arena will usually hover between 40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, well within the safe operating range of Playmaker LCD. The device should not be laid directly on the ice surface, or used/ stored for an extended periods of time in an outdoor environment where the temperatures are below freezing.
Playmaker LCD is fine to be used in light rain, but it should not be submerged or used in extremely heavy rain.
When we develop a new sport for Playmaker LCD, we run focus groups and get feedback from coaches at all levels. Part of this process is ensuring that the board and the technology will work well for each sport. If it was based on popularity we would have had baseball years ago, but the nature of the current technology erases the whole board. While this is not ideal in many sports, it becomes especially problematic in baseball where you may want to change one batter in a batting lineup, or only one position on a baseball field.
Purchases
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once the order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm it has been processed, along with a link to track your order.

Playmaker LCD warrants that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date from which the product is purchased. This does not include damage due to accidental breakage.
For warranty service on your Playmaker LCD product, please email support@playmakerlcd.com and be sure to include the location and date of purchase, and outline any issues you may be having. We do not offer an extended warranty program at this time.
Some countries will impose additional duties and taxes when items are imported into a country. As we ship to over 200 countries worldwide and this varies significantly by country, we are not able to provide any detail on any potential importation charges at the time of the purchase. The purchaser is the importer of record and ultimately is responsible for investigating and paying any such charges that may be applicable in their home country.
Playmaker LCD is the original LCD Coaching Board since 2018. Our success has spawned a number of cheaper, copycat products being sold under a variety of brand names mostly on Amazon. In order to maintain the differentiation between Playmaker LCD and these products we do not currently sell on Amazon. Playmaker LCD can only be purchased at authorized resellers around the world, or by visiting our website directly at playmakerlcd.com.
