Playmaker LCD provides free product support via email 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you have a question or concern regarding the set up or operation of your Playmaker LCD product, please send an email to support@playmakerlcd.com.
Playmaker LCD warrants that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date from which the product is purchased. This does not include damage due to accidental breakage.
For warranty service on your Playmaker LCD product, please email support@playmakerlcd.com and be sure to include the location and date of purchase, and outline any issues you may be having.
For items that were purchased on our website, we will accept returns for 30 days from the initial date of purchase. In all cases, a return authorization is required and can be obtained by emailing support@playmakerlcd.com
Return Policies for items purchased on the website are as follows;
1.) For items within the warranty period, the item will be replaced free of charge once it has been received back at our warehouse, and confirmed defective.
2.) For unopened items the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and a full credit of the purchase price will be made to the customer's account.
